Florida Cannabis in 2025: What You Need to Know

Florida's cannabis landscape is evolving. The state has had a medical marijuana program since 2016, requiring patients to obtain a Medical Marijuana Use Registry ID card from a licensed physician. This process takes time, costs money, and isn't practical for visitors or adults who simply want access to cannabis without medical documentation.

Delivery services like Gramz 305 operate to serve Miami's large adult population β€” including the millions of tourists, transplants, and locals who want cannabis access without jumping through medical hoops. We serve adults 21+ with valid government-issued ID. That's it.
